HTI is hosting a hiring event seeking Assembly Technicians & Material Handlers for the JTEKT location in Vonore, TN. JTEKT is one of the largest steering systems, driveline components, bearings and machine tools manufacturers in the world. DIRECT and temp-to-hire positions available; DIRECT hires will be based on experience! Interested candidates will need to pass a background check and drug screening.

WHAT TO WEAR: Dress code is casual (come as you are, but please be presentable)
– Assembly Technician: $17.00 – $20.26/hour
– Material Handler: $15.00 – $20.36/hour
*Pay rates for each are depending on experience
Assembly Technician
– 3rd ( 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)
Material Handlers
– 1st (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.)
– 2nd (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.)
– 3rd ( 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)

– Effectively communicate with team leaders and supervisors regarding problems with the material flow, absence of parts, and safety concerns
