Our ultimate goal is to help employers attract and retain top talent. In order to do that, we have to set an example for our partners – that means being an employer of choice, a place people want to work.

HTI knows the workplace. We began as a professional recruiting firm in 1999. Since then, we’ve come to realize that it’s not just about filling jobs – it’s about the people. It’s about creating intention throughout an employee’s lifecycle. From how your organization is perceived by the community, to your onboarding process and succession planning – we know the workplace and we know people.

Michaela Williams

Talent Acquisition Specialist

As our internal Talent Acquisition Specialist, Michaela is likely one of the first people you’ll interact with on your HTI career quest. Since 2014, she’s been bringing her charismatic, energizing spirit to our team. A real go-getter, Michaela is someone you want rooting for you. Her years of recruiting and client relations experience make her an excellent introduction to our organization. We’re sure you’ll enjoy your interactions with her.

When she’s not crushing it here at HTI, you can find her spending time with her husband and three children – likely cheering on their beloved Clemson Tigers or perhaps tending to their chickens. Also, she loves Starbucks – hint, hint.

Don’t see an opening that matches your skillset but still think you are a great fit for HTI? Send your resume to careers@htijobs.com for consideration.
