Part-Time Client Coordinator

  • Provide support to the hourly recruiting staff through the administration and coordination of HTI processes and procedures.
  • Support the client representative to ensure quality and compliance are met with each client.
  • Essential job functions include submitting payroll for supported clients, track attendance, manage weekly and monthly reports and complete miscellaneous billings.

Project Leader – Michelin, US2 (Night Shift)

  • Responsible for administration, management, and improvements of all processes on site; as well as managing our leadership team and hourly workforce at the site.
  • Ability to enforce/follow strict safety and legal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and appropriate working relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for general employee relations.

Regional Sales Manager

  • The Regional Sales Manager will pursue new business and grow existing business within their specified territory by building strong, long term relationships with customers.
  • Must be a self-starter, with a pro-active, pressure driven sense of urgency.
  • Ability to present a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public. 
  • Work requires a significant amount of local/regional travel and occasional overnight travel; a valid state driver’s license is required.

  • Utilize resume banks, sourcing, cold recruiting, and networking skills to identify and secure candidates that meet technical qualifications of customer orders.

Corporate Accounting Manager

  • Supports the Finance Department by performing various accounting and controlling functions and supervising the work of others to ensure the efficient delivery of financial data to internal and external customers of the various companies within our scope.
  • Seeking a candidate with strong analytical and organizational skills, strong financial knowledge and the ability to work well with numbers, paying great attention to detail and accuracy.

Staffing Project Specialist

  • Assist and manage new staffing project start ups and transitions.
  • Must be capable of designing and delivering HR projects with new clients.
  • Serve as an HR and staffing advisor assisting with current product lines and supporting new business needs while ensuring operational excellence when working to support both clients and operations.
  • Serve as a lead or assist with various staffing projects to ensure proper implementation, project milestone completion, and on-time delivery of project schedule.

  • To perform training with HTI employees in order to ensure that proper procedures are being met.
