Shifts Hours
– 12-hour days – 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
– 12-hour nights – 7:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
– 12-hour days/nights swing shift (Switcher Driver)
Pay Rates
Forklift Operator – $15.25 – 15.75/hour
Production Worker – $15.25 – 15.75/hour
Switcher Driver – $15/hour

– At least 6 months sit down forklift experience

Responsibilities
– Follow work instructions in order to manufacture quality products per Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
– Meet production requirements by the customer
– Follow safety standards and policies
– Ability to multi-task
– Ensure tires are where they are supposed to be throughout the facility
– Comfortable walking, standing, and rolling tires for extended amounts of time
– Willing to train on forklift
– Other duties as assigned
Experience Required
– At least 6 months switcher driver experience
– Must have a Class A or Class B CDL License
– Valid driver’s license
– MUST be able to work swing shift
– MUST be able to work 12-hour shifts
– Willing to work overtime
– Stable work history
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to perform repetitive duties
Responsibilities
– Maintain daily inspections of equipment
– Service the warehouse loading docks
– Must provide good communication skills to interact with production employees and support groups
– Ensure a flow of trailers containing the required products to/from the identified docks
– Complete other duties as assigned
