When: Thursday, July 20, 2023 (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
Where: HTI Spartanburg Office – 660 Spartan Blvd. Suite 150, Spartanburg, SC
What to wear to the event: Dress code is casual (come as you are, but please be presentable)
– Assembly Operators – $19.00 – 21.00/hour
– 1st shift – (6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.)
– 3rd shift – (5:15 p.m. – 1:45 a.m.)
– Great pay rates
– Monday – Friday
– 8 hour shifts
– Temp to permanent in 90 days

– Complimentary snacks and drinks
– Assemble or produce component parts into completed units while maintaining a quality standard
– Perform adjustments, setups, and troubleshooting of equipment
– Maintain acceptable performance standards for assembly: Safety, Quality, Production, and Housekeeping (5S requirements)
– Follow all quality and process standards and guidelines
– Inspect work to ensure compliance
– Inspect parts, deviations, or completed units by using visual inspection, gauges, check fixtures, or other inspection equipment
Physical Demands
– May work various shifts as needed; may be requested to travel to different locations
– Lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally 60 pounds
– Able to walk, stand, crouch, bench, kneel, lift, carry and reach as needed in large and tight spaces
– Good eye/hand coordination and ability to identify color variations, depth perceptions and close or distance visual items
– Manual dexterity with occasional repetitive finger motion
