What to wear to the event: Dress code is casual (come as you are, but please be presentable)
Assembly Operators: $16.50-17/hour
– A shift (7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
– B shift (7 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.)
– Paid weekly

– High school diploma or GED equivalent required for promotion from entry level positions
– Must pass a background check and drug screening
– Ability to work an off shift and required overtime
– Manufacturing experience preferred
– Solid, stable work history
– Reliable transportation
– Assembly of parts
– Identify defects according to customer specifications
– Read and understand product labels
– Visual inspection according to WI’s and visual aspect of parts
– Correctly load and unload parts according to assembly schedule and WI’s
– Keep accurate data for defects, scrap, and repairs
– Use proper process to eliminate defects
– Maintain line speed by working at required pace
– May relieve fellow team members for their breaks and or be required to perform other duties assigned by department leadership
– Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion
