– Maintenance Technician: starting at $29.08 – $29.33/hour
– Production Team Lead: starting at $22.36 – $23.61/hour
– Technical Line Lead: starting at $26.21/hour
– Maintenance Technician: 2nd Shift (3pm – 11pm), 3rd Shift (11pm – 7am)
– Production Team Lead: 3rd Shift (Mon – Thurs: 6pm – 4:30am), Weekend Days (F/S/S: 6am- 6pm)
– Technical Line Lead: 3rd Shift (11pm – 7am)
– 2-year technical degree or military and/or equivalent experience
– 3+ years manufacturing experience – automated environment
– Experience troubleshooting equipment – mechanical, electrical, PLC troubleshooting & programming, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors and drive control systems
– Troubleshoot & repair automated and non-automated assembly equipment in a high-volume production environment
– Qualified candidates will be troubleshooting and repairing the following equipment daily:
– Read various types of schematics and blueprints
– Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
– HS diploma/GED required
– Experience leading a production line
– Basic mechanical experience or aptitude preferred
– 3+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in an automated assembly environment
– Lead the production line to ensure correct product as well as product quality
– Review production schedule and lead production changeovers
– Provide training to production team as needed
– Responsible for line quality checks, safety requirements and process standards
– HS diploma/GED required; technical degree or equivalent experience highly preferred
– Basic mechanical experience or aptitude preferred
– 3+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in an automated assembly environment
– Demonstrated Line Lead experience
– Working directly on the production line to support operations and provide technical support to the production line
– Qualified candidates will be performing technical troubleshooting and minor machine repair in the following areas daily:
– Assist and/or perform equipment changeovers on highly automated lines to include resetting equipment failures as well as investigating and evaluating failures for permanent solutions
