Develop and maintain strategies using lean manufacturing principles for equipment design, workplace layouts, labor, and material flow to meet strategic goals. This person will effectively implement and coordinate engineering changes, new manufacturing and product releases, and capacity increases included PPAP preparation and build. Moreover, this role investigates and solves root causes of manufacturing process problems, as well as identifies and leads projects to improve cost, quality, delivery, utilization, and safety of manufacturing processes to meet key metrics.
Establish positive customer relationships, ensure on time deliveries of finished products, confirm and monitor orders in SAP, finished good inventory monitoring and analysis, capacity management, creating and maintaining master production schedule and align with production, as well as procurement planning.
– Bachelor’s degree in packaging or science
– Previous automotive packaging experience preferred
Designs, tests, and implements packaging designs servicing auto manufacturers globally. This role will train, coach, and mentor packaging processes throughout the product value streams, as well as design, develop, and approve component and finished goods packaging that minimizes risk of product damage, then presenting to manufacturing department, all while minimizing costs and utilizing best practices.
– Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
– Knowledge of 8D problem solving
– Excel and SQL experience
– Provide process data analysis, interpretation and reporting for continuous process improvement and defect cost reduction
– Utilize problem-solving techniques such as Shainin for defect cost reduction projects
– Support ongoing improvement of manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards (including PQIs, process control documentation, standard work instructions, reaction plans, etc.)
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical disciplines
– Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
– Experience with APQP, PFMEA, and Measurement System Analysis
– Preferred skills/certifications: Shainin, Six Sigma, Kepner-Trego, SAP, Microsoft Office
Responsible for quality engineering support for automotive electronics production, including part and process quality, risk assessment and part disposition, APQP activities, and internal change management. Responsible for customer quality support for automotive electronics production, leading and supporting internal projects related to scrap reduction, throughput improvement, and interfacing with other automotive electronics production sites for product and process Yokoten, as well as standards for production and quality topics.
– Bachelor’s degree in technical field OR 5+ years experience in project management and related tools (RACE, ECM future, SAP)
– Preferred skills: Microsoft Office, multi-tasking ability, SAP, project management
Responsible for project/program coordination in exhaust gas sensor assembly and ceramics manufacturing, developing program timelines and activity reports to drive the on-time completion of critical tasks, coordinating and reporting status of internal project deliverables, supporting sales and commercial items at the plant level, as well as meeting with customer representatives to ensure objectives are being met.
– Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
– 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst/cost accountant for a product line
– Experience working with new product line strongly preferred
– Financial analyst for the new fuel cell production line to be launched in 2024
– Cost reporting, long term project calculations for product within the plant, supporting RPP work, improving costs for better financial solutions
– Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
– 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
– Manufacturing experience preferred

-Product analysis, month end reporting, quarterly forecasting and business plans, reporting of financials to stakeholders within the business unit
