Q: I have questions about my paycheck / my paycard is not working.

Q: I need to access my pay history:

A: As an employee of HTI, you should have access to the HTI Employee Portal. Once active, you will be able to access your paystub history. Follow the instructions below to begin the setup process. If you have any questions or issues, reach out to your local HTI recruiting office and we will be happy to assist you!

  1. Click here.
  2. Login with your personal login information. If you are unsure of your username/login – please reach out to your local HTI recruiting office or the representative for your work location.
  3. Click the 3 lines in the top left corner next to the home icon.
  4. In the menu that pops up on the left side, click ‘My Information’.
  5. Click ‘My Pay’.

**If you have never logged into the UKG/Kronos system, you will be required to create a password upon first log in.

Also, during the first login to the system that is an auto-lock that occurs. This is corrected every weekday (Monday – Friday) at 9 AM, 12 PM and 3 PM.  Please wait until after one of these times to finish your password setup.

Q: I need access to my W2.

A: As an employee of HTI, you will have access to the HTI Employee Portal. Once active, you will be able to view your W2’s electronically if you wish to do so.

  1. Click here.
  2. Login with your personal login information. If you are unsure of your username/login – please reach out to your local HTI recruiting office or the representative for your work location.
  3. Under the Home icon and 3 lines, click ‘Forms’.
  4. Your W2 will be loaded in your profile.
  5. Click the icon that looks like a paper sheet with a magnifying glass.
  6. A form preview will pop up with your W2.

Click Download PDF and print.

Q: I forgot my login information.

A: Email info@htijobs.com with your full name and the last four digits of your social security number.

 

Q: I have questions about my insurance/benefits. 

A: Email benefits@htijobs.com with your full name, the last four digits of your social security number, and your question or concern.

 

Q: I have questions about my job assignment. 

A: If you have already been given a job assignment, you should have established a point of contact with HTI. Please contact this person, reach out to your site representative, or visit your nearest HTI recruiting office.

 

Q: I have questions about a scheduled interview or orientation.

A: If you have been scheduled for an interview or orientation, you should have established a point of contact with HTI. Please contact this person or visit your nearest HTI recruiting office.
