The Shining Star program was rolled out mid-year 2016 as a company-wide monthly employee recognition program. Across client sites, HTI associates are encouraged to recognize those in their work areas who exceed expectations. Nominations are made by hourly HTI associates or client supervisors through a paper application or the employee portal to acknowledge associates who go above and beyond in the workplace. Winners are randomly selected to receive a gift for their outstanding performance. This program does not take away from any employee recognition programs set up at client sites.

Since the Shining Star program started in August, winners have been based out of a variety of our branch locations, including: Albion, IN, Ardmore, OK, Seneca, SC, and Asheville, NC. Contact your client representative to submit your nomination for an HTI associate today!
