In the HTI Marketing department, we talk a lot about what sets us apart from other staffing agencies.

Any company can mention awards won or showcase glowing testimonials from clients, but what really sets HTI apart is how much we care about making a difference in the lives of our associates. Our why states that “we believe that everyone who touches us can be, and should be, more successful.” Our  employees practice that belief every day, and it shows.

For the holiday season, we are launching a campaign that celebrates our employees.

They are the reason we do what we do, after all! The “Making Futures Bright” campaign features both the employees that work internally and the employees that work at our client sites under the HTI name. Our recruiters and account managers spend a lot of time getting to know the associates we hire and work alongside on client sites. They have heard many incredible stories over the years.

In the next few weeks, you will see social media posts highlighting those who have been particularly touched by HTI and have worked hard to grow their futures. These featured employees make up just a fraction of the incredible people that make us who we are. While some of the featured stories are from employees just starting their careers with us, others have spent their entire professional careers with HTI. We are lucky to have all of them as part of the HTI family as they grow their futures and we grow ours.
