HTI is hosting a hiring event for ZF Transmissions seeking Assembly Operators for their location in Gray Court, SC. These positions are temp-to-hire and interested candidates will need to pass a background check and drug screening to be eligible.
When: Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
Where: 2846 North Old Laurens Rd, Gray Court, SC 29645
What to Wear to the Event: Dress code is casual (come as you are, but please be presentable)
– Assembly Operator: $15 – $16 /hr
– 1st shift (7:00am – 3:15pm)
– 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:15pm)
– 3rd shift (11:00pm – 7:15am)
– Weekend shift
– Temp-to-hire within 90 days

– Operate all equipment in accordance with standard work practices
– Maintain a safe and clean work environment
– Meet or exceed quality, productivity and cost standards within assigned work area
– Conform to all safety rules based on Job Safety Analysis (JSA) studies
– Operate equipment efficiently, safely and make necessary adjustments to get machine back to zero in accordance with machine/ process specific SOP’s and JSA’s
– Operate all equipment in accordance to standard work practices within all quality and performance standards
– Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment according to established ZFTG PM schedules as related to assigned work area
– Actively participate and contribute to the team within assigned area
