Job Openings

– Machine Operators and Production Associates
Day: $15.25/hour+
Night:  $16.25/hour+

– Forklift Operators and Material Handlers
Day: $15.25/hour+
Night: $16.25/hour+

– Maintenance Technicians – $22.00 – 32.02/hour
– Production Technicians – $15.75 – 26.27/hour

Shifts Available

– 1st shift – 6:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
– 2nd shift – 2:45 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
– 3rd shift – 10:45 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Machine Operators and Production Associates

Requirements

– Ability to work 5 or 6 days/week; various day/night options available
– Ability to lift 20 or more lbs. repetitively
– Able to stand/walk for up to 8-hour shift
– Reliable transportation
– Ability to work overtime as needed


Responsibilities 

– Follow work instructions in order to manufacture quality automotive products per standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices
– Follow safety standards and policies
– Maintain work area in neat and orderly fashion in accordance with 5S principles
– Be cooperative with co-workers in order to maintain a good working environment

Forklift Operators and Material Handlers

Requirements

– Prior forklift experience – 6 months+ required
– Ability to work 5 or 6 days/week; various day/night options available
– Ability to lift 20 or more lbs. repetitively
– Able to stand/walk for up to 8-hour shift
– Reliable transportation
– Ability to work overtime as needed


Responsibilities 

– Operate forklift
– Read customers’ orders; work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped
– Picking and packing: move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to customer requirements
– Scan materials and move them according to work instructions
– Organize facility or warehouse and work area for orderliness
– Forklift Operators will be working both on and off the forklift throughout the shift; some manual material handling required
– Follow safety standards and policies
– Maintain work area in neat and orderly fashion in accordance with 5S principles
– Be cooperative with co-workers in order to maintain a good working environment

Maintenance Technicians

Requirements

– High school diploma or GED
– Previous machine set-up experience
– Ability to prioritize assigned tasks on a timely basis
– Proficient computer skills (i.e. MS Office)
– Associates degree and one year of work experience or minimum of 2 years related technical training or Production Technician Level 3 Task List certification (preferred)
– Ability to communicate with proper tools to a PLC and read and understand ladder logic (preferred)
– Understanding of CNC programming (preferred)


Responsibilities 

– Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment for a safe and productive work environment
– Provide sound technical support to ensure equipment is in a constant state of readiness
– Support production areas by performing predictive, preventative and breakdown maintenance, documenting procedures/processes, and training of associates
– Perform and document all results of maintenance on machines to maintain safety and increase uptime
– Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, piping and electrical systems
– Understand blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings
– Ability to use hand tools, power tools, hoist, crane, and measuring and testing instruments
– Detect unusual sounds from machines or equipment that malfunction
– Other duties as required

 

Production Technicians

Requirements

– High school diploma or GED; SME SMfT Technology (Certified Manufacturing Technology) Certificate or equivalent work experience
– CNC operation and setup experience
– Understanding of CNC programming
– Previous machine set-up experience
– Work within MS Window environments including MS Word, MS Excel and other Windows-based machine specific applications
– Call-in availability to meet customer production requirements
– Associates degree in a related field (preferred)
– Ability to use a PLC and understand ladder logic (preferred)
– Ability to use and understand electronic drive controls (preferred)


Responsibilities 

– Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment for a safe and productive work environment
– Support production area by performing maintenance, documenting procedures, and training associates
– Perform and document results of preventative maintenance on machines to maintain safety and increase uptime
– Analyze machine/equipment malfunctions, make corrections/repairs per safety and coded regulations. Document all repairs and changes. Use mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and improve machines/equipment
– Train/educate Production Associates on routine PMs, routine troubleshooting, etc. on a day to day basis
– Perform preventive maintenance on machines to maintain safety and increase uptime
– Setup and operate CNC Machine Centers, plastic injection machines, welding equipment and automated assembly equipment. This includes machine setup, fixture repair, tool adjustments and parameter adjustments necessary to produce parts to print.
– Other duties as required
