What to wear to the event: Dress code is casual (come as you are, but please be presentable)
– Entry Level Assembly Operators: $16-17.75/hour
– Chemical Operators: $21.50/hour
– Machine Operators: $16-23/hour

Day, night and 12-hour weekend shifts
– Follow work instructions to manufacture quality products per Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
– Meet production requirements set by the customer
– Follow safety standards and policies
– Ability to multi-task
– All other duties as assigned
– Connect component led wires to printed circuits or routes and connect wires appropriately
– Crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, weld, solder, cement, press fit or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place
Day/night – 12-hour shifts
– High school diploma/GED
– Previous manufacturing experience
– Load and unload process equipment
– Maintain acceptable housekeeping standards in work area
– Ability to work well with others to problem solve
– Operates process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications
– Work from specific written or verbal instructions and operating procedures requiring the application of some judgement
– Set up and operate equipment related to grind, blend, sample processes and panning operations
– Follow all safety regulations
2nd & 3rd – 8-hour shifts
– High school diploma/GED
– At least 6 months of manufacturing experience or mechanical background
– Operate production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications
– Perform required work steps within specific cycle time
– Operate presses and other manual machinery including lathes, grinders, mills, and similar equipment
– Perform frequent quality checks on finished parts
– Operate test equipment and interprets pass/fail data (experience with SAP is a plus)
