HTI is hiring Assembly Operators and Machine Operators for two Bosch Tool locations – Lincolnton – 1980 Indian Creek Rd, Lincolnton, NC 28092 OR Bosch Tool – Maiden – 515 Lincoln County Parkway Extension, Lincolnton, NC 28092. We are offering competitive pay rates and multiple shift options!

Assembly Operators & Machine Operators
– Day Shift = $14-19/hour
– Night Shift = $15.50-20.50/hour
+$1.50/hour shift differential
– 2nd shift – (2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) Monday – Friday
– 3rd shift – (10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) Monday – Friday
– Weekend Shifts, 12-hour- (6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) – work 24 hours, get paid for 32
– 1st shift – (6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) Monday – Friday – limited number available; depending on experience
– Pay raise at 90-days of employment with HTI
– $1.50/hour shift differential

– Follow production/assembly instructions, parts lists, diagrams, verbal instructions, and notes to perform specific operations

– Meet production requirements by the customer
– Follow safety standards and policies
– Be cooperative with co-workers in order to maintain a good working environment
– Maintain work area in neat and orderly fashion in accordance with 5S principles
– High school diploma or GED equivalent
– Ability to lift 30 or more lbs.

– Read and follow standard operating procedures pertaining to the machine
– Detect and determine the appropriate quality standards and measures for each machine
– Make the necessary adjustments to run machines efficiently
– Be willing to cross-train and operate a variety of machines on an as needed basis
– Learn and maintain knowledge of safety procedures associated with each machine, including but not limited to: Safety guards, emergency stops, and disconnects for lock out tag out Qualifications / Requirements
– Follow safety standards and policies; Perform quality checks
– Be cooperative with co-workers in order to maintain a good working environment
