Direct hire event seeking Assemblers & Testers for the *Rexroth Training Program and CNC Maintenance Technicians for Bosch Rexroth in Fountain Inn, SC!
*The Rexroth Training Program is a two week training program in which employees shadow different areas within the program and are then placed into Assembler or Tester positions. These positions are DIRECT HIRE and pay $18/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium for off shifts.

Pay Rates
– Assemblers & Testers (Rexroth Training Program): $18/hour
– CNC Maintenance Technicians: $30-34/hour
+ $1.50/hour shift premium for off shifts
Shifts Available
– 12-hour night shift (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) – Assemblers & Testers
– 2nd shift (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) – CNC Maintenance Technicians
– 3rd shift (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.) – CNC Maintenance Technicians

Experience Required
– High school diploma
– 1 year manufacturing experience
– Must be able to work assigned 12-hour shift
– Excellent attendance
Responsibilities
– Must be safety conscious
– Develop profound knowledge of product line
– Set-up various pumps/motors for both sub-assemble, assemble and test operations
– Must be able to interpret and comprehend blue prints and test documents
– Must be able to understand and maintain BPS principles
– Complete required tasks in a professional, timely and personal manner
– Train associates when needed
– Assume ownership in achieving 100% customer satisfaction in all business aspects
– Must be able to follow work standards currently established
This position supports all aspects of maintenance for both manual and CNC machine tool equipment. CNC Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of a wide variety of machine tools. This position offers very competitive wages, an excellent benefits package that starts on your 1st day of employment and a $5,000 sign on bonus.
Education Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– College or technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics preferred
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on CNC Controls, troubleshooting and repair
General Requirements
– Experience in Mechanical and Electrical Machine Tool Repair training
– Hydraulics, Pneumatic, other mechanical skills training
– Knowledge of and experience with PLC’s and Robotics and troubleshooting
– Excellent attendance is required
– Must be highly self-motivated
– Stand frequently, walk frequently, bend and stoop occasionally
Responsibilities
– Read and interpret electrical schematics and flowcharts
– View and edit programs using Siemens software
– Maintain Industrial equipment such as Manual & CNC Lathes/Mills, industrials saws, grinders, sanders, gas furnaces, air compressors and hydraulic power units
– Diagnose SCR, IGBT, transistor packs, diodes, and other power semiconductors
– Use of Oscilloscope, Meters, and High Voltage Tester
– Repair of machine tools including ball screws, spindle assemblies, ways and slides, chucks, limit switches, relays, drives, resolvers, and operations of machines
– Follow all documented procedures and utilize proper forms
– Adhere to all Quality and Safety standards
