UPDATE (2/24 9:30 AM): BB&T has confirmed that all deposits were processed as of 9:00 PM Friday night (2/23). Deposits will be distributed into accounts between now and Monday morning, depending upon the receiving bank. BB&T has informed us that they will be reimbursing any late fees or penalties that affected persons may have incurred due to this situation. To request a reimbursement, please send an e-mail to support@htijobs.com and a team member will send you the appropriate form. We will continue to post updates as we have them here and on our Facebook page. Our call center is open from 8:30AM to 5:30PM for anyone who would like to speak with us directly about a deposit. Please call 864-467-0330.

UPDATE (2/23 5:30 PM): BB&T has now recovered their ability to process electronic transactions and is currently processing direct deposits for our employees. We are hopeful that all of the deposits will be processed by 8PM tonight. Depending on your bank, you may see your deposit in your account between tomorrow and Monday. HTI will have a “call center” available tomorrow (Saturday) from 8:30 to 5:30 for anyone that wishes to speak with us about problems you are experiencing with your deposit. Please call 864-467-0330.

Again, we apologize for the inconveniences this has caused. Thank you for your patience through this difficult event.

Attention all HTI associates,

Due to a computer outage at our bank, BB&T, we regret to inform that direct deposits for Friday 02/23/18 for our associates on assignment have not been deposited as of yet.

BB&T has suffered an outage of their computer systems across the region (see article below). BB&T is working to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, the situation has not been resolved.

This issue is beyond the control of HTI, however we take all issues of our associate family very seriously. Please contact us to inform us of any difficulties you may have experienced due to this processing delay.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and want to help work through this issue with you. In 19 years of serving our communities, our bank has never missed an anticipated deposit deadline. Again, we are working with BB&T to resolve their issue.
